Customer Journey Training

The structure of customer journey training varies between companies and communities it is being held with however all workshops are designed to be hands-on and to give practical examples and steps to enable participants to translate their knowledge into actions.

If we are working with your team we will map out all of the touch-points and collaboratively work on solutions to up level each stage of the journey. Sales and customer service skills are a key focus for development. We will help you convey your business values, vision for the future and how your customers and team fit into your plans. We will present your new processes and procedures in an engaging way and get real buy in from the team that will be using them day to day.

When offering training within membership communities we will work through a similar set of steps to create a strategic action plan during the session.

Customer service training

Customer service training can be run as a stand alone workshop or as a bolt on to customer journey training.

Designed for wedding venues and caterers with in house teams we will cover everything from front of house service skills to problem solving, health and safety compliance and standards.

Training sessions are fun, interactive and tailored to suit your business.

We usually need a minimum of 3 - 4 hours for training depending on participant numbers and scope.
