Southwark Cathedral

In 2021, we collaborated with Southwark Cathedral in London to revamp their wedding reception packages. Our goal was to enhance their offerings, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with their ideal clientele.

Adapt and refine.

In the ever-evolving landscape of the wedding industry, it's imperative for venues to adapt and refine their offerings to meet the changing needs and expectations of couples.

We understand that through running your venue or wedding business day-to-day it can be all too easy to get lost in the weeds, become entrenched in existing practices and overlook opportunities for improvement. Seeking an outside perspective can provide invaluable insights and drive innovation. Our collaboration with Southwark Cathedral serves as a prime example of the benefits of reevaluating and enhancing wedding reception packages.

Scope of work.

During our time with Southwark Cathedral we:

  • Conducted a comprehensive assessment of the cathedral's spaces and logistical considerations for weddings.

  • Engaged in discussions with team members to understand their insights and experiences related to weddings and events.

  • Analysed proposed price points and packages to ensure they resonated with the cathedral's target audience.

  • Reviewed and refined marketing collateral to align with the target audience, including brochures, website content, and social media.

  • Assisted in defining the target audience for the wedding offering and suggested frequently asked questions to smooth the customer journey.

  • Developed customised processes and workflows tailored to the wedding client journey within the cathedral's venues.

  • On-site implementation and training.

Feedback.

"Just wanted to pop you an email to say thank you for your work with us on Wedding Receptions, it’s been brilliant to see it all come together but we couldn’t have done it with your support."

Emma Allen, Commercial Director at Southwark Cathedral
