How do I work out my conversion rate?

To work out your wedding business conversion rate, you will need to gather data on the number of enquiries or leads you received for your wedding business and the number of those leads that ultimately booked you for their wedding.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Determine the time period for which you want to calculate the conversion rate. For example, you may want to calculate it for the previous year or for the current wedding season.

2. Count the number of enquiries or leads you received during that time period. This may include email or phone enquiries, website form submissions, or any other means by which potential customers contacted you to enquire about your wedding business.

3. Count the number of leads that actually booked during that time period.

4. Divide the number of bookings by the number of enquiries or leads, then multiply by 100 to get the conversion rate as a percentage. The formula is: (number of bookings / number of inquiries) x 100 = conversion rate.

For example, if you received 100 enquiries and booked 20 weddings during the same time period, your conversion rate would be:

(20 / 100) x 100 = 20%

Therefore, your conversion rate for that time period would be 20%.
